Clifton College Residential Cricket Courses give you the opportunity to spend an intensive week working with excellent coaches. The courses are designed specifically for competent school and club players, up to those individuals representing their county. For 2010, Clifton College has linked up with the Damian Forder Cricket Academy, one of the most respected coaching organisations in the region, who will deliver the coaching on these courses. The lead coaches on the 2010 courses are:
Damian Forder - more details
Rob Cunliffe - more details
Andy Stovold - more details
These courses have been specifically designed by Damian, Rob & Andy. The aim of the coaches is to quickly identify the needs of each individual player, and then develop a programme to suit the needs of each player. The coaches will work throughout the week to ensure that players leave the course with a better understanding of their skills and personal attributes, and what to work on when returning to their schools/clubs.
Coaching will be delivered outdoors whenever possible and at the new Merchants' Academy Indoor Cricket Centre when the weather prevents outdoor practice. Players will also have the opportunity to relax in the wonderful surroundings of Clifton College and enjoy all the facilities the school has on offer, including a swimming pool, fully-equipped gym facility, and cyber café.
