Girls’ football is the fastest growing sport in the UK and this intensive course gives young players the opportunity to live like a professional player for the week!
Bristol Academy Women’s Team is one of the leading teams in the UK and currently play in the Women’s English Premier League. The team has a proud tradition of developing young players and its Academy has won many honours, including 2007 National League winners, 2007 National Cup winners, 2007 Regional League winners and English Football Association ‘Academy of the Year’.
It is THE best women and girls’ football development centre in the UK.
The course content will include:
- Attacking play
- Defensive techniques
- Dead ball situations
- Speed, agility and quickness techniques
- Seminars on nutrition, fitness and psychology
- Small-sided games
- Skills competitions
